Ljcds-dch.org was the brainchild of a young undergraduate named Willy G. Francis.  Math was his passion, and he kept a log of all of the questions he had as he traveled through his scholastic career.

Thankfully, Willy was also a computer whiz kid back in late 1999, and he was able to get these questions placed up on the internet early on in the form of a website.  He was then able to continually add information to the website, that he believed would be helpful to young students.
